- Support is $80 per hour with a 30 minute minimum charge.
- Travel charges may apply for calls beyond the Napa service area. Call ahead for information.
- Payment due at completion of service. Credit cards accepted.
- Data recovery services are quoted on an individual basis.
- If repair services are beyond our original estimates, you will be contacted for approval before beginning repair.
- Free initial phone consult for all new clients.
